IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR FLORIDA AUTO ACCIDENT PATIENTS
THE 14-DAY PIP WINDOW MATTERS
Florida law generally requires people seeking Personal Injury Protection medical benefits to receive initial services and care within 14 days after a motor vehicle accident. Waiting beyond this period may affect eligibility for PIP medical benefits.
Do not assume that an evaluation is unnecessary because pain initially feels mild. Neck stiffness, back pain, headaches, muscle soreness and mobility limitations may become more noticeable during the hours or days following an accident.
Premier provides accident injury evaluations and coordinated care for eligible Florida PIP patients, including chiropractic care, onsite digital X-rays, physical therapy, rehabilitation and technology-assisted pain management when clinically appropriate.
This information is provided for general educational purposes and is not legal advice. Insurance eligibility, coverage and benefits depend on Florida law, the applicable policy and the individual circumstances of the accident.

PROMPT. PERSONALIZED. RECOVERY-FOCUSED.
PERSONAL INJURY CARE
DESIGNED AROUND YOU
At Premier Total Healthcare, accident injury care begins with an evaluation of each patient’s symptoms, health history, mobility, discomfort and functional limitations. The findings help our healthcare professionals develop individualized recommendations based on the patient’s injuries and clinical needs.
Care may combine chiropractic treatment, onsite diagnostic imaging, physical therapy, therapeutic exercise, rehabilitation and technology-assisted pain management to help manage discomfort, restore movement and support recovery.
Premier’s multidisciplinary approach allows appropriate services to be coordinated in one Hollywood location while each patient’s symptoms, progress and response to care are monitored.
