MEDICAL WEIGHT LOSS
DESIGNED AROUND YOU
Weight management can be influenced by appetite, metabolism, medications, lifestyle, medical conditions and other individual factors. Effective care begins by understanding the patient—not by recommending the same program for everyone.
Premier evaluates your medical history, current medications, previous weight-loss efforts, health concerns and personal goals before determining whether a prescription weight-loss medication or another strategy may be appropriate.
For eligible patients, treatment may include a GLP-1 or dual GIP/GLP-1 medication combined with nutrition, physical activity and ongoing medical monitoring.

A STRUCTURED, INDIVIDUALIZED MEDICAL PROCESS
HOW PREMIER MEDICAL WEIGHT LOSS WORKS
Premier uses a structured process to evaluate treatment eligibility, develop an individualized plan and monitor each patient’s progress.
STEP 1:
Medical Consultation and Goal Review
The provider reviews your medical history, current medications, previous weight-loss efforts, concerns and personal goals.
STEP 2:
Bloodwork Testing
Relevant bloodwork may be required to evaluate health markers, establish a baseline or support clinical decision-making.
STEP 3:
Personalized Treatment Selection
If medication is appropriate, the provider recommends an option based on clinical eligibility and individual needs.
STEP 4:
Dosing & Administration
Patients receive instructions regarding dosage, administration, storage, scheduling and potential side effects.
STEP 5:
Progress Monitoring and Adjustments
Follow-up evaluations help monitor response, tolerance, progress and whether the treatment plan should be adjusted.

PRESCRIPTION OPTIONS FOR CLINICALLY ELIGIBLE PATIENTS
MEDICAL WEIGHT LOSS WITH GLP-1 THERAPY
GLP-1 medications act on biological pathways involved in appetite, fullness, food intake and blood-sugar regulation. Certain medications may support long-term weight management when combined with appropriate nutrition, physical activity and medical supervision.
GLP-1 is a naturally occurring hormone released after eating that helps communicate signals related to hunger and fullness. GLP-1-based medications are designed to activate these pathways for longer periods.
Reduced appetite can create an opportunity to establish healthier portions and more consistent eating habits. Appropriate protein intake, hydration and physical activity remain important throughout medically supervised weight loss.
The objective is not simply rapid weight loss, but steady progress that supports body composition and long-term weight management. Progress may be evaluated through weight trends, appetite changes, treatment tolerance and overall health goals.
Medication selection depends on the patient’s health history, treatment goals, contraindications, current medications, product availability and the provider’s clinical judgment.

SEMAGLUTIDE & TIRZEPATIDE
MEDICAL WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAMS
The video below explains how Semaglutide and Tirzepatide work and how they may be incorporated into a medically supervised weight-management program.
─OPTION ONE─
SEMAGLUTIDE GLP-1 THERAPY
Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist that may help eligible patients regulate appetite, feel full sooner and reduce caloric intake as part of a medically supervised program.
APPETITE REGULATION
Semaglutide acts on GLP-1 pathways involved in hunger, fullness and food intake during medically supervised weight-management treatment.
PERSONALIZED DOSING
Treatment generally begins at a lower dose and may be gradually adjusted according to tolerance and clinical response.
ONGOING MONITORING
Follow-up visits help the provider evaluate progress, side effects, treatment adherence and whether adjustments are appropriate.
─OPTION TWO─
TIRZEPATIDE DUAL GIP/GLP-1 THERAPY
─OPTION ONE─
SEMAGLUTIDE GLP-1 THERAPY
Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist that may help eligible patients regulate appetite, feel full sooner and reduce caloric intake as part of a medically supervised program.
Tirzepatide acts on both GIP and GLP-1 receptors involved in appetite and food intake. It may be considered for eligible patients as part of a physician-guided weight-management program.
DUAL-PATHWAY ACTIVITY
Tirzepatide activates GIP and GLP-1 pathways that influence appetite, fullness and metabolic function during a personalized weight-management program.
PERSONALIZED DOSING
Treatment generally begins at a lower dose and may be gradually adjusted based on tolerance and clinical response.
PROGRESS EVALUATION
The provider monitors weight changes, treatment response, side effects and overall progress throughout the program.
Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are not appropriate for every patient. The specific medication, formulation, dosage and treatment schedule must be determined by a licensed medical provider following an eligibility evaluation.
WHY MEDICAL WEIGHT LOSS MAY BE RIGHT FOR YOU
Medical weight loss may offer benefits beyond a lower number on the scale. For eligible patients, meaningful weight reduction may support appetite control, metabolic health, mobility, physical comfort and long-term wellness.
Appetite & Craving
Support
Certain GLP-1 medications may help reduce hunger and food cravings, making healthier eating choices easier to follow consistently.

Clinically Meaningful
Weight Loss
Patients may achieve meaningful weight reduction when treatment is combined with proper nutrition, physical activity and commitment.

Health
Meaningful weight loss may support healthier blood sugar, blood pressure, cholesterol and other weight-related metabolic measures.

Greater Mobility & Physical Comfort
Reducing excess body weight may make walking, exercise and everyday movement feel more comfortable and manageable for many patients.
Healthier Body
Composition
Weight reduction may support healthier body composition when supported by adequate protein intake, strength training and exercise.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS BASED ON INDIVIDUAL PATIENT NEEDS
LIPO LEAN & VITAMIN B12 INJECTIONS
Premier may offer supportive injections as part of a medically supervised weight-management program. Eligibility depends on the patient’s health history, nutritional status, laboratory findings and specific treatment needs.
Lipo Lean Injections
Depending on the formulation, Lipo Lean injections may contain selected vitamins, amino acids and lipotropic nutrients intended to complement an individualized weight-management plan.
These injections are supportive options and should be combined with appropriate nutrition, physical activity and other provider-recommended components of care.
Vitamin B12 Injections
Vitamin B12 injections may be considered for patients with a documented deficiency, absorption concerns or another clinical need identified through medical evaluation and testing.
Vitamin B12 supports normal red-blood-cell formation, neurological function and energy metabolism in appropriately selected patients but is not a standalone treatment for weight loss.

IMPORTANT WEIGHT LOSS INFORMATION
Prescription weight-loss treatment begins with a medical consultation. The provider must evaluate the patient’s health history, medications, risk factors and clinical eligibility before recommending a medication.
GLP-1 and dual GIP/GLP-1 medications can cause side effects, including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation and abdominal discomfort. More serious risks, warnings and contraindications may apply.
Patients should tell their provider about all medical conditions and medications, including a history of pancreatitis, gallbladder problems, kidney concerns, severe gastrointestinal conditions or diabetes treatment.
Patients who are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding must discuss this with their medical provider before considering treatment.
FDA approval applies to specific medications and labeled indications. Wegovy contains Semaglutide and Zepbound contains Tirzepatide for chronic weight management in eligible patients. Ozempic and Mounjaro have separate FDA-approved indications involving type 2 diabetes.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing. Any compounded medication must be prescribed only when medically and legally appropriate.
Treatment results vary. No specific amount or rate of weight loss can be guaranteed. Medication should be used only as prescribed with appropriate nutrition, physical activity and ongoing medical supervision.
